Encounter 2 : The Study Group

Version 3.90
A sexual encounter by Christopher Cole.

[WARNING]
This game contains scenes of a sexual nature. Discretion is advised.

[INFO]

This is the second in my series of mini games, called Encounters. These games will be relatively short and will take place in 1-8 rooms with 1-3 NPCs. They will have virtually no puzzles, being more about trying to score the maximum points. Try to play this game without using the undo or restart functions and see what score you can get. It's also possible to get the maximum points but still lose the game.

This game has several possible endings, but if you ever find yourself unable to end the game, you can finish by typing 'sleep' (this option is not available until the night has progressed a little). To win the game, you want to ask one of the girls out on a date. They will only agree if you've won them over. To ask a girl on a date, type 'ask [girl] out on date'. There's a slight bug when using the date command... if you haven't gotten to the point when they'll say yes, the game will assume you're asking the girl a question and tell you to use the format 'ask [girl] about [x]'. If this happens, you'll know she's not ready to go on a date yet.

There is one hint available in this game ('hint') in case you get stuck early.

The enc2.txt file included with the game contains the scoring system and a few other helpful tidbits and should only be read if you are truly stuck or when you finish the game.

[THE STUDY GROUP]
You have been teamed up with 3 girls (Nikki, Julie, and Cara) to prepare a presentation for your 12th grade English class. After working on the presentation for a few hours at Nikki's house, the four of you decide to relax for the evening and have a few drinks since Nikki's parents are away for the weekend.

"So," Nikki says. "What should we do?"

Living Room
This is the large living room of Nikki's house. Nikki's parents are quite well off and their house shows it. The floor is covered with a thick blue carpet. There is a long couch sitting in front of a stereo system. In front of the couch is a coffee table. There is also a lazyboy chair off to one side. Some books and papers (the beginnings of your presentation) are scattered around the floor.  Nikki, Julie and Cara are here.
